VP of Customer Success
Liran Gabay is responsible for global support and customer experience at Kaminario. Liran brings 15 years experience in technology leadership and customer support operations to the team.
Prior to Kaminario, Liran held senior customer support positions at NetApp where he led a multicultural\multilingual technical support team charged with support and customer experience across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to NetApp, Liran was a datacenter technologist and storage technology specialist with the Israeli military.
Founder & CEO
Dani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force.
VP of Field Engineering
As Vice President of Field Engineering, Eyal Gordon is responsible for providing a direct line of communication between the market and Kaminario R&D. In this role, he supports customers with access to Kaminario’s latest R&D innovations. Eyal joined Kaminario in 2008 working as a senior developer and software team leader and later as Kaminario’s Chief Architect. Prior to joining Kaminario, Eyal was at IBM Research Labs in Haifa working on IBM's DS8000 enterprise storage platform. Eyal holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from the Technion Institute.
VP of Global Business Development
As Vice President of Global Business Development, Rod is responsible for Channels and Alliances with a focus on strategic partnerships with cloud vendors and ecosystems. With over 20 years’ experience as a proven leader of global, high-growth business development and sales teams, Rod brings with him deep experience in building strategic partnerships with AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba and many others.
Most recently Rod was leading Global Alliances and Strategic Partnerships at Redis Labs. He has worked for several start-ups and was a part of 8 successful company exits as an executive or advisor, including the IPOs of Nuance Communications and Onyx Software, as well as the acquisition of WIMM Labs and Jibe Mobile, both acquired by Google.
VP of Finance
Anat brings nearly 20 years experience as a corporate finance leader to her role as VP of Finance. At Kaminario, she is responsible for compliance, accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
Prior to joining Kaminario in 2013, Anat was Director of Finance for Amimon. Prior to that she held senior corporate finance roles at IXI Mobile and Robo-group.
EVP of People
Ayelet has over 20 years experience working with technology CEOs and management teams leading a variety of HR and business-related processes. She brings significant experience building high performance teams, leading organizational development processes, and establishing team building and change management. Prior to Kaminario, she has worked with high performance organizations including Lumenis, Camtek, and NICE systems.
Ayelet has a Bachelors and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Itay Shoshani is responsible for all of Kaminario's internal operations including Customer Success, Operations, IS/IT and Sales Operations. Prior to this role, Itay served as Chief Revenue Office where he was responsible for worldwide sales and customer operations.
Before joining Kaminario, Itay served 10 years with Unisys EMEA in a variety of executive positions. Itay also held leadership roles at startups such as ibetcha, as well as large enterprises such as ELAL.
VP of Engineering
Adik Sokolovski brings more than 15 years of experience working in the enterprise software industry, leading multiple SW development groups. Adik is responsible for research, development and quality assurance of Kaminario's products. Adik has previously worked for a range of well-regarded companies including AGT, IBM, Neustar and Amdocs.
In his last role at AGT Adik was VP of R&D, managing global R&D groups delivering products in the areas of critical infrastructure security, emergency management and law enforcement. Prior to AGT, Adik worked for IBM where he managed a global development team contributing to the IBM Tivoli Storage Management product. Adik holds a B.A. in information systems and business management (graduated with honors) from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC).
Chief Technology Officer
Derek Swanson has 20 years of experience as a technology evangelist, systems architect, and data systems engineer. At Kaminario, he manages the worldwide sales engineering organization and is the senior customer-facing technologist and product evangelist in the organization. Prior to Kaminario, Derek has had a successful career at Sorenson, Coda Communications, and Unisys.
He holds a Bachelors in Political Science and Government from Brigham Young University.
Chief Financial Officer
Guy Tanchuma joins the Kaminario team with a successful 20-year track record as a Finance Executive for various technology firms. At Kaminario, Guy leads the finance organization.
Prior to joining Kaminario, Guy was VP of Finance for the Enterprise Division of NICE Systems. In total he spent over 10 years with NICE with roles including CFO of the Americas and Director of Cost and Budget.
Prior to joining NICE, Guy held various corporate finance roles at a range of technology companies including Comverse and Pelephone.
SVP, Worldwide Sales
As Vice President of North American Sales, Scott Weber leads field operations in the US at Kaminario. With 20+ years of experience leading rapid-growth technology organizations, Scott is a seasoned sales executive who excels at building high-performance sales teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering consistent customer value.
Prior to joining Kaminario, Scott was the leader of the Americas for Tricentis. He has also held key executive roles at FirstRain, Nice Systems, IBM, and PTC.
