Kaminario Employee FLASH Light – Ellie Reinhardt

 

This month, we’re excited to introduce you to Ellie Reinhardt, a member of the Kaminario Inside Sales team. Ellie is an important part of not only our sales team’s success but also the company’s success as a whole. Covering a large territory in the US, she’s always looking to find new and exciting ways to help grow her business.

Describe your role at Kaminario? How would you describe the company and what you do?

I’m an ISR – Inside Sales Representative. I assist the Account Executives with finding new business and new opportunities, and most recently with our new Target Account model, I help them break into a specific list of accounts. Since coming to Kaminario last February, I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure to work with multiple Account Executives, getting to know the team across the country.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day?

Even though I’ve only been here for about a year, I’ve met some great people who motivate me every day. I split my time between working from home and from our MA HQ office, so I’ve gotten to know many different teams including marketing, support, sales, etc., allowing a lot of collaboration within my role.

What three hashtags describe your personality? What do you like to do for fun?

Three hashtags that describe my personality… #positive #independent #energetic!

I love to be outside. I live in Maine – near the beach and near my family. You can find me at my happiest when I’m near the water, at the ocean or on a boat. In the winter you can still find me outside, sometimes skiing. I also love to bake, cook, and find new restaurants to try out.


Tell us about your team, and how you work together to overcome challenging situations?

I have a great team! I’m lucky to be on a team of seasoned professionals who have been at Kaminario for a few years and have taught me many best practices. We talk weekly with our manager to share what is and what isn’t working for us, and brainstorm creative ideas that could help get us into new accounts. If one of us comes up with a new prospecting technique and has success, we immediately try it out for ourselves to try and replicate the success. Our job can be tough (lots of rejections!) but we’re all in it together and keep each other motivated.
