We are excited to kick off this blog by introducing you to Kryselle Pinto, Level 3 Support Engineer.
A bit about yourself and your role
I have been part of the Kaminario family since April 2017, having previously worked at multiple large tech giants. As a Support Engineer, I live for Customer Satisfaction. My goal is to provide top class technical support to Kaminario customers across verticals such as financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, web service providers and government agencies.
What motivates you to get out of bed and come into work every morning?
The opportunity to continuously learn and acquire knowledge is what motivates me to wake up every morning and come into work. Most importantly, Kaminario provides me with an opportunity to learn each day by working with teams of skilled folks who possess subject matter expertise from various backgrounds, where new ideas to improve the process and product are encouraged and implemented every day. I also appreciate the team based atmosphere which fosters the sharing of ideas and solutions where I can learn about more than just storage, and in turn help customers overcome hurdles beyond the scope of the Kaminario K2 array.
Tell us about your hobbies. What are three hashtags you’d use to describe yourself?
The three hashtags would be: #Compassion, #Confident and #Colorful. Travelling and cooking; especially for a large group of friends and family; are some of my go-to hobbies. I am also a fan of Harry Potter’s, and I’d love to have the superpower of teleportation just like him. I also enjoy being adventurous, here’s me going skydiving!
